What I Do As A Therapist
If you’ve ever struggled with feeling like you’re not good enough, I understand your pain. My work as a therapist has grown out of my own pain and struggle with self esteem and self confidence.
My goal is to help you find the confidence you would like while you learn how to manage your emotions more effectively. I will help you explore the right emotional and mental skills to make this a reality for your life.
How I Can Help You As Your Therapist
Everything you do in life flows from how you feel about yourself. When you feel good about who you are, it’s easier to pursue the life and relationships that you want.
I would love to help you discover how a healthy sense of self esteem impacts everything else in your life, and how we can help you live feeling confident about yourself.
I will help you explore the core of what’s causing your struggle so we can create lasting change in your life. We will help you understand how your emotions impact every part of your life including relationships, money, work, and personal happiness.
Sometimes therapy is about doing a deeper dive into healing past pain and hurt, and other times it’s about developing some better skills and habits. Together we will create an approach that best fits your needs.
My Background And Experience
I earned my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling and have helped many people work on challenges related to anger, relationships, and self esteem.
I was trained in EMDR therapy which helped me realize the important role of understanding how your past wounds play an important role in your life as well as the importance of understanding your how your body is part of good emotional health.
I began focusing on self esteem when I started to realize how central this was for so many people I was helping.
I would love to talk with you to see if we might be a good fit for therapy and help you move towards a more fulfilling and confident life.
